Process Overview

This role is part of Enterprise Independent Testing (EIT) function Business Support. EIT is a control function that performs independent testing to ensure robust governance and appropriate oversight process is in place. It assesses that controls are effective, complete, and appropriate through our risk management process Identify, Measure, Monitor and Control. Testing is performed on controls set in various stages of the product life cycle across various products. The function is responsible inter alia for reporting and oversight for GBS and business metrics, forecasting, resource management, financial management, location strategy, management reviews, driving operational excellence, and routines.

The incumbent position will be of a Business Support Management (BSM) Assistant Manager (AM), who would be working closely with the BSM Lead for various strategic/tactical deliverables and ad hoc requests. Additionally, the incumbent would be required to work on creating, generating MIS reports, maintaining the internal associate database, and providing ad hoc reports as and when required.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze data and translate it into impactful presentations for leaders review
  • Create MIS reports and dashboards with large sets of data
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting
  • Be the custodian for Headcount Report, learning data, RSA tool, etc.
  • Maintain various sections in the Employee Associate Database for the Enterprise Independent Testing team
  • Coordinate efforts between the front-line managers for data collection for various reports
  • Act as a Single Point of Contact for liaising with a Support function and soliciting inputs on a monthly basis
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelors degree
  • Certifications: NIL
  • Experience Range: 7 to 9 years of relevant experience
  • Foundational Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills (VBA - write Macros, Array functions, Nested Ifs, lookups, conditional formatting, data validation, pivots, data visualization)
  • Ability to handle high-level data analysis
  • Demonstrate zeal to learn and a positive attitude
  • Work under pressure to deliver under stringent timelines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-Starter, work with a proactive mindset
  • Stakeholder Management coordinate efforts with EIT Leads to deliver reports in a timely and accurate fashion
