Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in Gandhinagar. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, developing and implementing strategies, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The role involves coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and addressing any arising issues efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and managerial skills to effectively oversee operations and staff
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various responsibilities
  • Proficiency in strategy development and implementation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving skills to address and resolve issues promptly
  • Experience in the packaging or manufacturing industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
