Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive (1 Year Experience)

Reporting To: Talent Acquisition Manager / HR Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive with at least 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the companys growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and coordinating offers).
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other sourcing techniques.
  • Conduct initial screenings via phone or video to assess candidate suitability.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and internal databases.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
  • Assist in job description creation, posting job ads, and employer branding activities.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on hiring progress and pipeline status.
  • Ensure recruitment practices align with company policies and labor laws.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1 year of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (in-house or agency).
  • Good understanding of recruitment tools and sourcing techniques.
  • Familiarity with ATS software (e.g., Zoho Recruit, Workday, or similar).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple roles and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
