Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor customer accounts and proactively follow up on overdue invoices through calls, emails, and reminders.
  • Track and update the status of outstanding payments in the accounting or ERP system.
  • Investigate and resolve customer payment discrepancies, short payments, and billing issues in coordination with the sales and billing teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of collection activities and communication with customers.
  • Prepare and analyze Accounts Receivable Aging Reports to identify high-risk accounts and escalate unresolved cases.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers to ensure smooth collection processes.
