The ideal candidate will be empathetic, target-oriented, and skilled in communication. This role involves engaging with students, explaining course benefits, and supporting them from inquiry to enrolment and beyond.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle student inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and emails, providing detailed information about courses and career outcomes.Counsel students on course selection, eligibility, and learning pathways.Convert leads into enrolments by effectively communicating the value of Australian Accounting & Taxation training.Maintain and update student databases (CRM).Follow up with prospective students to ensure smooth admission and onboarding.Assist with scheduling batches and coordinating with trainers.Build long-term relationships with students, providing ongoing support and resolving queries.Participate in marketing campaigns, webinars, and promotional events when required.RequirementsBachelors degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 13 years of experience in student counselling, admissions, or education sales.Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Kannada, Hindi, and English.Ability to understand and explain educational content confidently.Goal-oriented with a proven record of achieving admissions targets.Proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools.Empathetic, approachable, and passionate about helping students succeed.DesirableExperience in counselling for international or professional education programs.Familiarity with accounting or finance training institutes will be an added advantage.Employment Type:Full-time (Office-based )check(event) ; career-website-detail-template-2 => ,meta)" mousedown="lyte-button => check(event)" final- final-class="lyte-button lyteBackgroundColorBtn lyteSuccess" lyte-rendered="">
