Airlearn makes language learning fun, interactive, and practical. We focus on helping you speak with confidence through bite-sized lessons that mix text, audio, and visuals. Whether you're picking up a new language for travel, work, or just for fun, our immersive approach makes the journey easy and enjoyable.

Airlearn app focuses on explicitly teaching different concepts of a language via lessons, unlike the implied learning approach that other apps often take. Implied teaching has been documented to slow down actual learning and hinder long-term information retention.

The app has beautiful lessons and audio-visual storytelling that help learners quickly grasp the basics of a language. New words are introduced one by one, accompanied by pictures, definitions, and example sentences to build stronger recall.

With this app, learners will be able to start reading, writing, and speaking a language in no time.

Role:
Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the full product development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of features that meet defined quality standards.
  • Participating in user-centered design discussions and help oversee product design and usability testing processes.
  • Conducting market research and competitive analysis to uncover user needs and stay informed on industry trends.
  • Collaborating with senior stakeholders to shape and refine the strategic product roadmap for the Airlearn App.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to collect and document comprehensive product requirements and user stories.
  • Leveraging data to inform decisions by analyzing user metrics and contributing to A/B testing efforts.
  • Coordinating with content creators, designers, and developers to ensure seamless integration of gamified features.
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of product launches, including collaboration on marketing strategies and launch coordination.
  • Contributing ideas and feedback to the product team for ongoing app improvement and feature enhancement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management with strong passion for educational technology and gamified learning experiences.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and project management tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights from data and contribute to decision-making.
  • Experience building a B2C product in its 0 to 1 phase.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
