Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Product Manager based in Bengaluru. The Senior Product Manager will lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, including ideation, development, and launch. Responsibilities include gathering and prioritizing product requirements, working closely with cross-functional teams, aligning product vision with business goals, and setting KPIs to measure success. This role also involves engaging with stakeholders, analyzing market trends, and ensuring the delivery of scalable, high-impact solutions.

Qualifications

  • Product Management expertise, including roadmap planning, requirement gathering, and feature prioritization
  • Strategic thinking and market analysis skills to identify customer needs and market opportunities
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in fintech or a related domain is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Business, Computer Science, or related fields
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and drive results in fast-paced environments
