Schedule: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Salary: ₹3,00,000 – ₹6,00,000 per year (Fixed) + Unlimited Monthly Incentives

What You'll Do:

As an Academic Counselor, you'll be the voice and guide for aspiring learners — helping them find the right upskilling programs to accelerate their careers.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Engaging with 80–100 potential learners daily via calls and video interaction

Understanding their career goals and educational background

Recommending the most suitable courses through consultative counseling

Converting leads into enrollments and achieving monthly targets

Maintaining accurate lead and follow-up data in the CRM system

Collaborating with the team to optimize sales strategies and conversions

Who Should Apply:

We're looking for individuals who are:

Fresh graduates ready to start a rewarding career in EdTech, counseling, or inside sales

Experienced professionals (0–3 years) from B2C sales, EdTech, or similar domains

Excellent communicators fluent in English and Hindi

Motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented with a drive to succeed

Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)

Prior EdTech or sales experience is an advantage but not required for freshers — we provide full training
