Here's what you'll do: Identifying and producing org -wide training and development needs, keeping in mind the organization's and employee's goalsAssess the established development plans and their success, and design materials to augment or improve themKeeping abreast with latest and effective training techniquesWork closely with employees to understand their talents and engage them in learning opportunities to help them reach full potentialIdentifying ways to grow and retain talentCoordinating vendor training effortsTrack, analyze and present training data to guide training initiatives and support management decisionsMaintaining a record of the staff's credential status and supporting managers in identifying staff certification needsAdvising leadership regarding the need and appropriate timing for hiring additional L&D staff.
