About the Role

We're seeking an Associate Art Director with strong hands-on design skills, a sharp visual eye, and the ability to guide project-specific creative execution. This role is ideal for a designer ready to take ownership of the visual direction for a project while still remaining deeply involved in day-to-day design work.

You will collaborate with UX teams, media specialists, learning designers, and project managers to deliver cohesive visual solutions for digital learning experiences built for global enterprise clients. You'll be expected to contribute your design craft and also provide creative guidance within project teams — ensuring consistent, high-quality outputs.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the visual lead for assigned projects — defining look, feel, and style direction while staying hands-on with design production.

  • Produce high-quality visual work: layouts, screen designs, graphics, style frames, and multimedia elements.

  • Guide and review design or media contributions from teammates and collaborators within a project's workflow.

  • Work closely with cross-functional partners to ensure visuals align with learning objectives, brand standards, and accessibility requirements.

  • Participate in feedback cycles and iterate quickly while maintaining clarity, consistency, and quality.

  • Support storyboards, visual treatments, and creative concepts for digital learning modules, videos, and interactive experiences.

  • Stay current with design trends and contribute ideas that elevate the visual impact of project deliverables.

Job requirements What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Media, or a related discipline.

  • 4–7 years of hands-on design experience in digital content, multimedia, eLearning, or agency environments.

  • A portfolio that demonstrates strong fundamentals — typography, layout, visual storytelling, motion or multimedia (where applicable).

  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma or similar tools.

  • Experience contributing to or shaping design direction within project teams.

  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple design tasks simultaneously.

  • A collaborative mindset and openness to feedback.
