We are hiring a
full-time SOP Implementation Specialist
for our premium used car showroom in Malappuram district. This is an on-site role, requiring the specialist to work at the client's office
Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
.

We have already developed our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and the specialist's primary responsibility will be to ensure their effective
implementation
. The role involves working closely with the client's team to streamline operations, monitor adherence to SOPs, train staff, provide continuous support, and troubleshoot operational challenges to ensure smooth functioning and enhanced efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and monitor the showroom's SOPs across all departments.
  • Train staff on procedures and ensure consistent adherence.
  • Analyze workflows and recommend improvements where necessary.
  • Provide ongoing support and resolve operational issues promptly.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by aligning processes with service standards.
  • Report progress and challenges to management regularly.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and improve workflows.
  • Prior experience in SOP implementation or operations management is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with the team.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently with accountability.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Must be male, as per role requirement.

Work Details

  • Location: Client showroom, Malappuram district
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
