Role Description
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for implementing and managing all direct and physical marketing activities of Prodigy Institute of Management Studies, focusing on the promotion of CMA, CA, and ACCA courses. The role involves visiting schools and colleges, conducting career awareness programs, developing institutional tie-ups (MOUs), and ensuring the brand's offline visibility. The candidate should be proactive, confident in field communication, and capable of building long-term partnerships with educational institutions.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Marketing, Business, or any related field.
· 0–2 years of experience in field marketing, educational marketing, or sales (preferred).
· Strong communication and presentation skills in English and local language.
· Ability to travel extensively for school and college visits.
· Self-motivated, result-oriented, and organized in daily field activities.

Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace for reporting.

Roles and Responsibilities
1. Institutional Outreach
• Visit higher secondary schools, colleges, and universities to promote CMA, CA, and ACCA programs.
• Conduct career guidance seminars, workshops, and student interaction sessions.
• Build and maintain relationships with principals, faculty, and placement coordinators.
• Identify potential partner institutions and initiate MOUs or collaboration agreements.
2. Direct Marketing & Field Activities
• Execute on-ground campaigns, awareness drives, and educational stalls.
• Distribute marketing materials (brochures, banners, posters) across targeted areas.
• Generate and maintain student enquiry leads through direct interaction.
• Follow up with interested students and parents for counselling and admissions.
3. MOU & Partnership Development
• Approach colleges and schools for institutional tie-ups and collaborations.
• Present Prodigy Institute's offerings and benefits to management authorities.
• Support in MOU documentation, follow-up, and renewal processes.
4. Event Planning & Execution
• Assist in organizing promotional events such as scholarship exams, open houses, and college fests.
• Coordinate event logistics, branding, and on-ground execution.
• Collect feedback and data from events for performance analysis.
5. Branding & Visibility
• Ensure placement of banners, standees, and posters in key educational and public locations.
• Maintain consistent institutional branding across all physical marketing materials.
• Capture event photos, videos, and testimonials for promotional use.
6. Reporting & Market Insights
• Maintain daily visit logs and submit weekly marketing activity reports.
• Track lead conversion and feedback from field visits.
• Collect and share insights about competitors and local market trends.
7. Admission Coordination
• Coordinate with the counselling team for admission follow-ups and lead closures.
• Support admission events and enquiry drives.
