About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven
Digital Marketing Executive
with hands-on experience in promoting
SaaS products
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and increase brand visibility across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
  • Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing and engagement.
  • Create, test, and monitor landing pages and marketing funnels to maximize conversions.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROI) and prepare regular reports.
  • Collaborate with the content and design team to create engaging ad copies, blogs, and visuals.
  • Manage CRM tools and automation workflows for lead tracking and retargeting.
  • Research and identify growth opportunities within the SaaS and aged care sectors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Proven experience in running paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn).
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, analytics, and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and creative thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with B2B SaaS lead generation.
  • Knowledge of aged care, healthcare, or facility management industries.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush.
