Role Description

This is a contract role for a Chartered Accountant (Indirect Taxation) based on-site (Client Location) in Mohali district. The role involves managing indirect tax compliance, filing tax returns, and ensuring adherence to regulations. The Chartered Accountant will be responsible for providing professional guidance on tax planning, performing audits, and handling GST and other indirect tax matters. Additionally, the role requires preparing detailed financial reports and supporting client in addressing indirect tax challenges.

Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of Indirect Taxation laws, including GST and other applicable regulations
  • Proficiency in financial reporting, audits, and filing of tax returns
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for assessing tax implications and planning
  • Attention to detail, excellent organizational abilities, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in accounting and tax software tools
  • Professional qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA) with relevant experience in indirect taxation
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and build strong professional relationships
