Job Description:

We are looking for a recently qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2–3 years of relevant experience prior to qualification. The candidate should be able to manage core accounting functions, handle a team, and work efficiently in a fast-paced professional environment. Experience in a CA firm is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review financial statements
  • Manage a team for accounting, audit, and compliance activities
  • Handle statutory audits, tax audits, internal audits
  • Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax returns, ROC filings
  • Prepare MIS reports, budgets, and financial analysis
  • Monitor accounts payable/receivable and cash flow
  • Strengthen internal financial controls
  • Coordinate with clients, auditors, and government departments

Requirements:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (recently qualified preferred)
  • 2–3 years of pre-qualification experience
  • Experience in a CA firm preferred
  • Ability to handle and guide a team
  • Strong understanding of accounting standards, taxation, and compliances
  • Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and ERP systems
