About the Role:

The Team: Project Execution services is a global team of Project Managers and Business Analysts covering Product development and strategic initiatives. They are directly mapped in the Product management function with key focus on execution and delivery. The Valuations products are part of the wider group of products and services under Pricing and Valuations Data offering. Over the years these products have evolved to be a market-leading source of proprietary pricing and valuation data covering Fixed Income Pricing, Pricing, Loan Pricing, OTC Derivatives Data, Portfolio Valuations, Derivatives Studio and Totem consensus service.
The Valuations product encompasses the equity, interest rates, fx, commodity, credit and bond markets designed to meet customer's workflow, reporting and regulatory needs.
The Impact: They are involved directly with business and technology stakeholders to delivery time effective high-quality solutions for business growth, optimization, and tactical improvements to be able to service customers and grow revenues.

Responsibilities:
Create project plans defining scope of work including lists of deliverables and deadlines, scheduling, resource allocation, reporting, and budgets. Obtain project estimates by working with technical delivery managers on the overall project plan. Execute on these plans both directly and through the leadership of others.
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to define strategic delivery plans, objectives, benefits and client go-to-market strategy as applicable.
Create strong relationships with and guide cross-functional teams of developers, product and operations towards successful delivery of product/project backlog.
Contribute/manage towards accurate project cost planning and tracking actuals
Address client issues and escalated queries; participate in external calls/meetings with clients when required. Raise issues and requests from client service team, sales, or directly from clients.
Manage prioritization of enhancements, system fixes and operational requests by using issue tracking system (i.e. ADO, JIRA, etc).
Highlight and follow up on any identified risks and issues within the project workstreams.
Co-ordinate with external auditors to ensure SOC audit requests are understood and responded to in a timely manner.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree required in a business related or technical field
Minimum 3+ years experience in the industry with 2+ years working in a Project Manager or Business Analyst role with Project Management exposure.
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
Must have an experience working with project management and issue tracking software (MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet, etc.)
Strong communication and presentation skills.
The ability to work independently and autonomously whilst under pressure.
Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
