About The Opportunity
We are a leading IT services and enterprise applications provider in the SAP consulting and managed services sector, delivering mission-critical SAP infrastructure operations, platform migrations, and 24x7 support for global enterprise customers. This role sits within our SAP Managed Services team focused on SAP HANA landscapes and on-premise/cloud hybrid operations across industries.

Location: On-site — India (candidate must be available to work from client locations).

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide L3 SAP Basis support for SAP HANA landscapes: investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex incidents and problems to restore production services quickly.
  • Perform SAP HANA DB administration: apply patches, manage kernel and database upgrades, handle system copies/refreshes, and maintain system replication/HA.
  • Execute performance analysis and tuning for SAP application servers and HANA DB; implement optimisations and corrective actions with measurable SLAs.
  • Manage backups, recovery procedures, and DR failover tests for SAP HANA environments; ensure backup integrity and documented runbooks.
  • Operate and maintain SAP Solution Manager, Transport Management (TMS), SAP Landscape Management (LaMa) and monitoring tools; coordinate transports and landscape changes.
  • Collaborate with OS, storage, network teams and SAP support/vendor partners for root-cause investigations, escalations, and implementations of remediation plans.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven track record in SAP Basis L3/HANA administration and production support for enterprise landscapes.
  • Strong incident and problem management experience with SLA-driven delivery; ability to work on-site in India and participate in shift rotations or critical incident calls as needed.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Technology Associate for HANA) are a plus.
