Job Description

We are seeking an experienced
SAP BASIS Consultant
with strong expertise in
SAP HANA
administration and system management. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end SAP BASIS operations, performance tuning, and system monitoring across distributed landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support SAP BASIS operations across development, QA, and production environments.
  • Perform
    SAP HANA database administration
    , backup/restore, and system refreshes.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot
    system performance issues
    , kernel updates, and transport management.
  • Handle
    client copies, user administration, and parameter tuning
    .
  • Coordinate with SAP and infrastructure teams for patching, upgrades, and security compliance.
  • Manage
    transport routes, system copies
    , and client strategy for S/4HANA systems.
  • Provide 24x7 support coverage in
    night shifts
    aligned with US business hours.

Required Skills

  • 6–8 years of hands-on SAP BASIS experience with
    HANA DB administration
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    S/4HANA upgrades, migrations
    , and
    solution manager
    .
  • Familiarity with
    Linux OS administration
    and
    cloud (AWS/Azure)
    deployment is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
