Role & responsibilities :-

  • Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize room revenue and overall profitability.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and historical data to forecast demand and adjust pricing strategies.
  • Manage room inventory, rate distribution, and channel mix across OTAs, GDS, brand website, and direct bookings.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports, highlighting performance vs. budget and forecasts.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with the management team to align strategies with financial goals.
  • Monitor and optimize online distribution channels to ensure rate parity and visibility.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to create promotions and packages that drive occupancy and revenue.
  • Ensure accurate configuration and use of revenue management systems (RMS) and property management systems (PMS).
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase revenue per guest.
  • Train and guide reservations and front office teams on revenue management principles and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Excellent knowledge of revenue management systems, PMS, and distribution channels
  • Ability to interpret data and trends for strategic decision-making
  • Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
