
Revenue Manager

Role & responsibilities :-
- Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize room revenue and overall profitability.
- Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and historical data to forecast demand and adjust pricing strategies.
- Manage room inventory, rate distribution, and channel mix across OTAs, GDS, brand website, and direct bookings.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports, highlighting performance vs. budget and forecasts.
- Conduct regular business reviews with the management team to align strategies with financial goals.
- Monitor and optimize online distribution channels to ensure rate parity and visibility.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to create promotions and packages that drive occupancy and revenue.
- Ensure accurate configuration and use of revenue management systems (RMS) and property management systems (PMS).
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase revenue per guest.
- Train and guide reservations and front office teams on revenue management principles and best practices.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent knowledge of revenue management systems, PMS, and distribution channels
- Ability to interpret data and trends for strategic decision-making
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
