We are looking for a skilled Senior Revenue Manager with 6 to 12 years of experience to join our team in the Hotels & Restaurants industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in revenue management and a proven track record of driving business growth.

*Roles and Responsibility*

  • Develop and implement effective revenue management strategies to optimize hotel occupancy and rates.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align revenue goals with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, such as revenue per available room and conversion rates.
  • Identify and pursue new revenue streams through innovative marketing campaigns and partnerships.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in revenue management.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in revenue management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of revenue management principles, including forecasting, budgeting, and pricing strategies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong knowledge of revenue management software and systems, with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
