NetBounce Global LLP is looking for a skilled
Accounts Payable (AP) Analyst
with a strong background in US accounting to join our on-site team in Vadodara, Gujarat. If you're detail-driven, organized, and passionate about maintaining accuracy in AP operations, we'd love to connect

Accounts Payable (AP) Analyst – US Accounting


Location:
On-site | Vadodara, Gujarat


Work Type:
Full-time | On-site


Shift:
US Shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST)


Working Days:
Monday to Friday


Compensation:
₹5–6 LPA (Fixed)


What You'll Do:

  • Manage end-to-end AP operations for US-based clients
  • Review, verify, and process vendor invoices and payments accurately
  • Perform reconciliations and ensure compliance with US accounting standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies
  • Prepare and analyze AP aging reports
  • Support process improvements and maintain documentation integrity


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CA Inter preferred)
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in US AP operations
  • Strong hands-on skills in Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Stampli and Sage Intacct is a plus
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, night shift environment
