Yash Charitable Trust (YCT) was founded in 2014 by Dr. Sushama Nagarkar with the aim of enhancing the quality of lives for neurodivergent adults.
YCT provides opportunities for skilling and livelihood and wrap around services based on an individual's or family's need. These services may consist of counseling, consultation, ancillary therapies. Objective of the Role:
To act as a trusted HR advisor, ensuring the efficient delivery of HR services in order to support the YCT's vision & mission. This includes fostering a productive workplace culture, attracting and retaining suitable talent, ensuring smooth operations through effective HR policies and processes ultimately contributing to the YCT's overall success.
Role Description:
We are looking for an Associate / Sr. Associate HR to manage various HR operations responsibilities like manpower planning, employee life-cycle, employee relations, training, etc in-line with the YCT's goals. This role requires ensuring effective implementation of HR operational activities and initiatives including recruitment, employee grievances, performance management and learning/development, etc. It also requires driving the primary inclusion objective for neurodiversity in order to foster a workplace environment where all employees feel valued, respected, heard and empowered to contribute their unique perspectives.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Initiate and lead recruitment strategies to attract suitable talent and meet the manpower needs based on YCT's requirements.
- Manage the entire sourcing and recruitment process, including job postings, interviews and onboarding.
- Manage and align the volunteer-ship program to identify and map volunteers through different channels.
- Design and conduct the induction / orientation program for new joinees.
- Foster a positive work environment and address employee concerns and conflicts.
- Lead and manage the performance management system.
- Identify training needs, prepare a training calendar and conduct training programs.
- Contribute to the development of HR strategies and initiatives.
- Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Understand and leverage the unique strengths of all our neurodivergent and neurotypical members ensuring equitable opportunities.
Required Qualification:
Education: Bachelor's degree; Post Graduation in HR or HR certification
Experience: At least 2+ years of experience in HR

- Good communication, interpersonal & conflict managament skills
- Resolution oriented approach, innovative thinking and basic problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience of using HR software / HR database management platform.
- Willingness to work in a non-profit organisation.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and flexibility to adapt to changing needs in a dynamic environment.
- High ethical standards and maturity to handle confidential & sensitive information.
Remuneration (Range depending on overall qualification and experience):
INR 25, ,000 (for Associate) / 35, ,000 (for Sr. Associate) per month
Operating Days & Timings:
Mon-Fri; 9am to 5pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹45,000.00 per month
