- Coordinate interview schedules and logistics
- Participate in the development of job descriptions and job postings
- Conduct initial candidate assessments
- Support recruitment events and activities
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives
- Assist in maintaining recruitment databases and records
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team
- Communicate with candidates and provide timely updates
- Participate in recruitment strategy meetings and brainstorming sessions
- Conduct market research and analysis
- Assist with onboarding and orientation processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on recruitment projects
- Adhere to recruitment policies and procedures
- Provide recommendations for process improvements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Demonstrated interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Understanding of HR and recruitment principles
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus
- Previous internship or relevant experience is advantageous
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Passion for talent acquisition and people-centric initiatives
