Job Description

  • Manage applicants as they move through the applicant tracking system (PeopleSoft) to HRIS.
  • Lead the recruiting and staffing efforts for a small team of recruiters to acquire top talent for the healthcare industry.
  • Manage external relationships with employment and professional associations to ensure compliance with EEO.
  • Develop and maintain the program's Facebook page.
  • Download and file resume from CareerBuilder, monster, and
  • Build applicant sources by using the LinkedIn database to pool potential applicants for the program.
  • Develop a SharePoint site for the Intern/Coop program and co-create a training/guide manual for the program.
  • Build and maintain relationships with sources of talent and bring that talent into SW Georgia's premier healthcare system.
  • Maintain internal databases and job posts to ensure OFCCP and EEOC compliance with program operations and corporate reporting requirements.
  • Source candidates, qualify candidates, update database, and leverage LinkedIn and other social media sites to source candidates.
