Internship Responsibilities - Assist in end-to-end recruitment for healthcare roles - Source and screen candidates via job portals and social media - Coordinate interviews and follow-ups - Maintain candidate databases and hiring trackers - Support employer branding and outreach efforts What You Will Learn - Full-cycle recruitment process - Healthcare industry hiring trends - Talent sourcing and screening techniques - Candidate engagement and communication strategies Requirements - Laptop + Mobile - Reliable internet connection (WiFi reimbursement provided) - Strong communication skills - Interest in HR and healthcare - Based in Delhi NCR or willing to travel to Delhi for occasional in-office days (typically 1-4 days/month) Perks & Benefits - Financial & Logistical Support - Stipend: 5,000 per month, paid monthly. - WiFi reimbursement: Home internet reimbursed upon submission of monthly bills/receipts. Reimbursement process and any caps will be shared during onboarding; reimbursements are processed on a monthly cycle. - Travel support for in-office days: Local commute reimbursement for agreed on-site days (details provided during onboarding). - Work Arrangement - Flexible hybrid model (primarily remote with periodic in-office days in Delhi).
