Job Title: HR Recruiter

Exp: 2+ yrs || Location: Connaught Place, Delhi (WFH)

Salary: up to 16k

~ Current location must be Delhi NCR

~ Must have own laptop and WiFi connection at home

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for handling end to end recruitment and selection process
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Sourcing profiles through various job boards, networking portals and referrals
  • Coordinating with the clients

Required Skills:

  • Must have exp. into IT & Non-IT recruitment
  • Should be Smart in sourcing profiles through different platforms
  • Working exp. of job portals )
  • Good to have exp. in dealing with clients
  • Working exp. with Excel, google drive and Gmeet
  • Excellent communication skills required
  • Must be active on Social Media platforms
