Job Summary:

We are seeking a Telecaller who will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, explaining our services, and generating leads. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a goal-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce company services.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.
  • Maintain customer database with accurate details and follow-up status.
  • Understand client needs and schedule meetings for senior marketing representatives.
  • Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls and lead generation.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team based on customer queries and responses.
  • Maintain a professional and positive attitude during client communication.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain positive under pressure.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.

Education:

  • Minimum Qualification: Graduate or equivalent.

Salary:

₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
