Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Telecaller to help us reach out to potential clients and contribute to our business development efforts. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote our services.
  • Respond to inbound inquiries and provide accurate information to clients.
  • Maintain and update client databases with detailed information.
  • Work closely with business development teams to identify and follow up on leads.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
  • Provide feedback on client interactions to help improve the sales process.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telecalling or a similar role is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of business development concepts.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
