We are looking for a data-driven and detail-oriented
Digital Advertising Analyst
to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. You will work closely with account managers, creative teams, and performance specialists to drive measurable results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, set up, and manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and programmatic channels.
  • Monitor daily performance of campaigns and ensure KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions are met.
  • Analyze campaign data and generate weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Optimize targeting, bidding strategies, ad placements, and creative performance to maximize results.
  • Assist in budget planning, pacing, and ensuring appropriate spend allocation.
  • Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to ensure ad copies and creatives align with campaign objectives.
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking and audience analysis to recommend data-driven strategies.
  • Troubleshoot tracking issues (UTM setup, pixels, tags, analytics) and coordinate with tech teams when needed.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm updates, and platform-specific best practices.
  • Support the account management team in presenting insights, recommendations, and campaign outcomes to clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital advertising, performance marketing, or analytics (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics.
  • Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis.
  • Ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and generate actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of tracking tools (GA4, Google Tag Manager, pixel setup, UTM creation) is a plus.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • High attention to detail, ability to multitask, and a problem-solving attitude.
