Role Description
As an Advertiser Account Manager - CPI/CPA/CPL at Bidshade, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing advertiser accounts to achieve campaign goals. Your day-to-day tasks will include monitoring campaign performance, conducting data analysis, optimizing ad placements, fostering strong client relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure campaign success. You will also ensure all client needs are met while identifying opportunities for growth and improvements. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in digital advertising strategies including CPI (Cost Per Install), CPA (Cost Per Action), and CPL (Cost Per Lead).
- Strong skills in campaign performance analysis, data interpretation, reporting, and optimization.
- Proficiency in account management, client relationship building, and communication skills.
- Deep understanding of programmatic advertising, performance marketing, and the Ad Tech ecosystem.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems efficiently.
- Familiarity with relevant platforms, such as mobile advertising platforms and data analytics tools, would be a bonus.
- A degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field is preferred.
