Front Desk Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner
- Handle day-to-day office administrative tasks.
- Maintain files, records, and office documentation.
- Manage courier services, inward/outward registers, and mail handling.
- Support HR/Admin team in routine operational tasks.
MS Office Skills
- Prepare letters, reports, notices, and official communication using MS Word.
- Create and update data sheets, trackers, and reports in MS Excel.
- Perform basic data entry, formatting, and documentation tasks.
Office Support
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and calendars.
- Monitor office supplies and interact with vendors when needed.
- Assist management with scheduling and general administrative support.
Key Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Front Desk / Admin roles.
- Proficient in MS Excel & MS Word.
- Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi).
- Presentable, organized, and proactive.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and direct inquiries to the right departments.
- Maintain visitor logs and handle the reception area upkeep.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
