About the Role

We are looking for a young, smart, and high-ownership professional to join our logistics team as Assistant Manager Logistics Strategy & Projects. Our logistics team is highly dedicated and ensures operations run round the clock. This role is designed to bring structure, project tracking, and cross-functional coordination to strengthen the team.

You will work directly with the AVP Logistics and gain hands-on exposure to global supply chain operations, project management, and process improvement. This is a high-visibility role with strong growth potential.

Key Responsibilities

Project Tracking & Coordination

Track daily and weekly logistics projects (shipping, warehousing, 3PL coordination, compliance).

Maintain dashboards and trackers for milestones, timelines, and risks.

Follow up with stakeholders to ensure accountability.

Cross-Functional Support

Work closely with sourcing, production, finance, and commercial teams to close gaps.

Support AVP in ensuring smooth cross-departmental handshakes.

Process Improvement

Identify recurring issues in logistics processes and suggest improvements.

Support initiatives to optimize cost, efficiency, and turnaround times.

Data & Reporting

Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership reviews.

Analyze shipment data and highlight exceptions or bottlenecks.

Qualifications

Graduate in Engineering / Commerce / Supply Chain / Operations. MBA or diploma in logistics is a plus.

1-3 years of experience in logistics, operations, or project coordination (internships/consulting/startup ops experience can count).

Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills; exposure to project management tools (Zoho, Asana, Jira, etc.) is an advantage.

Excellent communication and follow-up skills.

High ownership mindset: proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to take responsibility.
