Role Summary:

The Microsoft Dynamics ERP Practice Manager will lead customer engagements, solution design, and delivery strategy across Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP (Finance, Supply Chain, and related modules). The role requires a strong mix of customer-facing consulting, solution architecture, and delivery ownership ensuring each engagement translates business requirements into scalable, high-value ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Engagement & Business Understanding -

  2. Act as the primary engagement leader for ERP initiatives, understanding client business models, processes, and transformation goals.

  3. Conduct discovery sessions and workshops to align solution capabilities with customer objectives.

  4. Build trusted advisor relationships with business and IT stakeholders.

  5. Proposal & Solutioning Experience -

  6. Drive pre-sales discussions, RFP responses, and proposal creation for Microsoft Dynamics ERP opportunities.

  7. Collaborate with sales and technical teams to define delivery scope, effort estimation, and implementation roadmaps.

  8. Present solution proposals and value propositions to executive stakeholders.

  9. Solution Design & Architecture -

  10. Define the end-to-end solution architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementations.

  11. Ensure optimal design across finance, supply chain, and operations modules, including integrations with Power Platform and Azure.

  12. Review and validate technical and functional design documents to ensure quality and compliance with best practices.

  13. Approach & Ownership -

  14. Lead cross-functional delivery teams, ensuring accountability for scope, quality, and customer satisfaction.

  15. Develop and enforce ERP practice standards, templates, and methodologies.
  16. Own delivery governance, resource planning, and team capability development within the ERP practice.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics ERP (F&O / AX / Business Central), including 3+ years in a leadership or practice management role.
  • Proven record of successful ERP solutioning, architecture design, and customer engagement.
  • Strong understanding of business processes across Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, and Projects.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and proposal-writing skills.
  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Expert or equivalent certification preferred.
