Ladhani Group is one of India's forward looking leading diversified FMCG group with operations spanning across beverage bottling, hospitality and distribution. Ladhani Group has been on the forefront of investing and adopting solar and wind energy for their multiple manufacturing plants amongst other clean energy initiatives.

LNK Green Energy is the manufacturing JV of RED and Ladhani Group focused on integrated solar manufacturing, starting from solar cell to modules with aim to vertical manufacture solar modules from sand.

Key Areas & Job Description

A. Document Management

1. Establish and maintain an effective Document Control System for project, quality, and administrative documents.

2. Ensure that all documents are properly coded, indexed, version-controlled, and archived in line with company standards.

3. Receive, log, and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence (drawings, specifications, reports, purchase orders, QA/QC records, etc.).

4. Maintain master document registers for controlled documents and ensure timely updates.

5. Track document revisions, superseded documents, and ensure only the latest versions are in circulation.

B. Quality & Compliance Support

1. Support QA/QC documentation, including inspection test plans (ITPs), calibration certificates, and quality records.

2. Prepare and maintain documentation for ISO / internal / client audits and ensure traceability of all records.

3. Ensure compliance with document control procedures and maintain confidentiality and security of records.

4. Ensure soft and hard copies are backed up, retrievable, and controlled per company and client requirements.

C. Communication & Coordination

1. Coordinate with internal departments and clients for timely document submission and approvals.

2. Manage transmittals and submittals to clients, vendors, and subcontractors.

3. Follow up for document reviews, approvals, and ensure comments are addressed and updated.

D. System & Process Improvement

1. Maintain electronic document management systems (EDMS) or ERP-based documentation modules.

2. Continuously review and improve document filing and retrieval systems for better efficiency.

3. Train new team members and contractors on document control processes and standards.

4. Lead Kaizen and Lean Quality initiatives to enhance product reliability and reduce defects.

5. Ensure effective use of statistical tools (SPC, MSA) for data-driven decision-making

Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline (preferably B.Com / BBA / Diploma in Engineering / Document Management)
• 3–8 years of relevant experience in document control in manufacturing, EPC, or construction industries. Familiar with project documentation, drawings, QA/QC records, and vendor documentation processes.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Document Management Systems (DMS / EDMS).
• Knowledge of AutoCAD drawing handling, PDF editing tools, and SharePoint / Aconex / Primavera is must
