Your Role at CredAbleFinancingProvide legal advice on financial products, loan documentation, debt/debenture issuance, securitization transactions (PTC, direct assignment), debt recovery, and other business operations. Drafting, reviewing and negotiating: Financing agreements (such as facility agreement, loan agreements, escrow agreements, settlement agreements, debenture agreements), security documents (such as deed of hypothecation and guarantees), securitization agreements (such as assignment agreements, trust deeds, servicing agreements, accounts agreements, power of attorneys)Trade agreements such as commodity sale agreements, commodity purchase agreements, factoring agreements, receivables purchasing agreements, warehousing agreements Regulatory Advice on RBI regulations applicable to NBFC, ensure compliance and serve as a point of contact for RBIPrepare policies required under law and prepare responses to regulatory inquiries, audits, or enforcement actions.
