About the Role
To lead and manage sales activities for laminated films and flexible packaging products, ensuring business growth through market expansion, key account management, and new customer acquisition in domestic and international markets.

Sales Manager – Laminated Film/Packaging Film

Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly, quarterly & Annual sales targets for laminated Films/Packaging Films.
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share.
Generate new leads and convert them into long-term customers.
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Understand client requirements, provide technical support, and ensure timely delivery.
Handle customer complaints and coordinate with internal departments for resolution.
Market Analysis & Pricing
- Conduct regular market research to track industry trends, competitors' activities, and price movements.
Suggest pricing strategies and negotiate contracts to maximize profitability.
Coordination & Communication
- Collaborate with production, dispatch, and finance teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy receivables.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
Team Management (if applicable)
- Guide and motivate sales executives to achieve their individual and team targets.
- Monitor team performance and conduct regular reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in science / Commerce/engineering / marketing / MBA preferred.
- Experience: 7 – 12 years of experience in sales of laminated films / flexible packaging films / BOPP / CPP / PET films or related products.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of laminated / flexible packaging films market.
- Proven track record in B2B industrial sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
