Description:
Autocracy Machinery Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a full-time accountant. Candidate should
- Have a basic understanding of accounting principles
- Know how to use accounting software
- Have knowledge of GST and Income Tax filing
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions (Sales, Purchase, Journal entries)
- Maintain accurate bank reconciliations
- Prepare and publish monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Handle monthly closures and ensure timely bank payments
- Compute taxes and prepare GST & Income Tax returns
- Generate E-Invoices and manage E-Way Bills
- Ensure timely statutory payments and compliance
- Conduct audit of financial documents and transactions
- Monitor the company's financial health and liquidity
- Ensure confidentiality of financial data and manage database backups
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
- Experience with accounting software (Tally, ERP, or similar)
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax filings
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
Note : Immediate Joiner Required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
