Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant located in Hyderabad. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing general accounting functions, including overseeing the preparation and maintenance of financial records, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. The Senior Accountant will also prepare financial reports, manage audits, handle tax compliance, and support strategic financial planning and analysis.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in general accounting principles and practices, including account reconciliations and financial reporting
- Experience with audit management and tax compliance
- Strong analytical skills for strategic financial planning and analysis
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications, especially Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or relevant certification is a plus
- Experience in the fintech or financial services industry is a plus
