About the Role:

SP Design Developers LLP is seeking a skilled and committed Site Supervisor (Civil) to oversee on-site construction activities and ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with project specifications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in supervising residential, Industrial and commercial construction projects, managing site teams, and coordinating with vendors and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is progressing as per schedule and drawings
  • Monitor workforce productivity, material usage, and site safety
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project engineers for smooth execution
  • Ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality control
  • Maintain daily site logs, measurement books, and labor attendance records
  • Conduct site inspections and report any issues or deviations to project management
  • Assist in material planning and requisitions based on project needs
  • Ensure that timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks are met
  • Handle minor on-site troubleshooting and guide the workers as required

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Any graduate
  • Aspiring Site Supervisor with academic/on site knowledge of civil construction processes
  • Hands-on experience managing labour and site coordination
  • To Co Ordinate With Different Sub Contractors / Agencies To Maintain the Project Speed Of Construction.
  • Strong knowledge of civil construction practices, materials, and safety standards
  • To Check The Received Material And To Prepare Quality Report
  • To Assist Sr. Engineer To Work Out Raw Material and Labour Requirement-for The Construction Work.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
