Position: Sales Engineer – Spares (Field)

Experience: 2-3 Years

Location: PAN India

Reporting Location: Panvel, Navi Mumbai

Industry: Industrial Sales / Engineering Solutions

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer with 2-3 years of experience in field sales, specifically handling spares and consumables. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, managing customer relationships and providing technical support for spares and consumables in industrial applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

dentify and develop new business opportunities for spare parts sales.

Generate leads and convert them into sales through field visits and customer engagement.

Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients. Achieve monthly, quarterly & annual sales targets.

Customer Interaction & Support:

Regularly visit customers to understand their spares requirements.

Provide technical guidance on spare parts and solutions.

Address customer queries and ensure prompt resolution of issues.

Order Management & Coordination:

Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and orders.

Coordinate with internal teams (purchase, logistics, service) to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Ensure proper documentation for order processing and invoicing.

Market Research & Reporing:

Keep track of market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.

Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and market

conditions.

Prepare sales reports and forecasts

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical , or related field).

2-3 years of experience in field sales of industrial spare parts or consumables.

Strong technical knowledge of Pharmaceutical spares and their applications.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to travel extensively for field visits.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and sales software tools.

Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in selling spare parts in industries like pharmaceuticals, water treatment, or

manufacturing.

Understanding of operations.
