Inviting applications for the role of [Payroll Administrator (UK)- Management Trainee]
In this role, [This role requires strong payroll processing expertise, a solid understanding of end to end UK payroll legislation and systems, and the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced, global environment.]

Responsibilities

•    Manage and oversee end-to-end UK payroll operations — ensuring accurate and timely processing for all employees

•    Validate payroll data including new starters, leavers, salary changes, bonuses, and deductions

•    Ensure correct calculation of PAYE, National Insurance, pensions, and statutory payments (SMP, SSP, SPP, etc.).

•    Review and reconcile payroll output to maintain accuracy prior to approvals and disbursement

•    Ensure payroll processes fully comply with HMRC regulations, RTI reporting, and UK employment law

•    Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax codes, auto-enrolment pensions, and statutory legislation changes

•    Support internal and external payroll audits by providing documentation and analysis

•    Guarantee compliance with GDPR and company data protection policies
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
●    Any Bachelor's degree, Post Graduation or Commerce (mandatory)

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
●    Good understanding of employment law and tax regulations and the application to payroll procedures 
●    SAP ECC 6 system payroll data entry and reporting, Workday, UKG, Country Vendor Tools etc.
●    Fast and accurate data entry, with excellent attention to detail
●    To manage priorities while working to sensitive payroll deadlines and collaborate at all levels across the business
●    Good Excel skills (Pivot tables, v-look up)
●    Some understanding of Payroll Accounting practices and procedures
