We are seeking a motivated and innovative Product Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing the product vision and strategy for a defined area of the Vendasta platform that empowers our channel partners and the small-to-medium-sized businesses (SMBs) they serve. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including engineering, design, marketing, and customer success—to deliver AI-powered solutions that align with business goals and create measurable impact for our customers.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in product management along with hands-on experience in CRM systems and prior exposure as a Product Owner/Product Manager. Your Impact:

As a Product Manager at Vendasta, you will play a critical role in defining and building products that accelerate partner and SMB success. Specifically, you will:

• Execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a defined area of the Vendasta platform.
• Drive the prioritization and delivery of innovative features that solve customer challenges and create measurable business value.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to write user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements—leveraging your background as a Product Owner/Product Manager to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Work with our analytical tools to extract insights, understand customer journeys, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success to enable adoption, craft go-to-market strategies, and communicate product value.
• Use AI copilots and analytics tools (Notion AI, Jira AI, Posthog, Looker, Google Analytics) to summarize customer feedback, prioritize trade-offs, and recommend optimizations.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine strategy and ensure Vendasta's products stay ahead in the market.
• Define and track KPIs such as feature adoption, customer satisfaction (NPS), retention, and revenue contribution.
• Act as a subject matter expert, advocating for customer needs and educating stakeholders on product goals and outcomes.

What you bring to the table:

• 2–4 years of experience in product management, with added experience as a Product Owner
• Experience working with analytical tools to extract actionable insights from customer and sales data
• B2B SaaS experience is considered an asset
• Strong empathy for users, with curiosity to deeply understand customer needs, pain points, and motivations
• Proven ability to align and motivate cross-functional teams toward a common goal
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
• Proficiency with Agile/Scrum practices, backlog management, and sprint planning
• Familiarity with AI/ML applications in product development and comfort using AI copilots (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI, Google Gemini, Looker AI)
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, balancing user needs with business and technical considerations
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred
