. The Product Manager will be responsible for defining product vision and strategy, managing product roadmaps, working closely with engineering and design teams, and ensuring successful product delivery that aligns with customer needs and business objectives.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced
Product Manager
proficient in
Agile methodologies
and the
Scrum framework
to lead product development initiatives within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile principles, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and high-quality products on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals.
  • Lead Agile product development from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Manage and prioritize the
    product backlog
    , ensuring it is refined and aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver features that meet customer needs.
  • Analyze user feedback, product performance, and market trends to drive continuous product improvement.
  • Monitor product KPIs and use data-driven insights to inform product decisions.
  • Communicate product updates, roadmap progress, and risks to stakeholders effectively and transparently.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer focus within the product team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in
    Product Management
    (internships or project experience is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of
    Agile methodologies
    and the
    Scrum framework
    .
  • Experience with
    Agile tools
    such as
    Jira
    ,
    Trello
    , or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of
    software development lifecycle (SDLC)
    and product lifecycle management.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
