Planning Manager – Nuclear Power Project

Job SummaryThe Planning Manager is responsible for leading and managing of all aspects of project planning, scheduling and progress monitoring for large scale power project construction. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain and optimize Project execution schedule for the project by using primavera or equivalent. Lead planning team and scheduling efforts all phases of design, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover the project.
Lead progress reviews and reporting to seniors' management and external stake holders Manage end to end Project execution for TBM Tunnel ProjectLead Functions including Planning, engineering, construction, contracts, procurement and safety
Ensure compliance with local regulations, environmental standards, client requirements
Implement and enforce robust quality and safety procedures
Requirements- BE civil engineering.- Experience: minimum 15 years of Proven experience in infrastructure projects out of which minimum 5 years of experience in large nuclear power project construction
Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS project preferred.Strong understanding of nuclear power project life cycle and QA/QC Process. - Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting. - Excellent leadership and team management skills. - Effective communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
