Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Civil Engineer at MGNREGA, located in Karwar. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure projects. Tasks include developing project plans, ensuring compliance with construction standards, managing stormwater systems, and collaborating with other engineers and project stakeholders. The role also involves monitoring project progress and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering principles
  • Experience with Planning and Stormwater Management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Total 7 years of experience in the civil engineering field, with at least 3 years in infrastructure projects
  • Experience in project management and site supervision is a plus
