Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Intern - Equity Research Services, located in Ahmedabad. The Intern will assist with communication, customer service, and business development activities. Daily tasks will include participating in various meetings, supporting business development, and helping to develop and execute sales strategies. The role involves engaging with clients, providing information and presentations about our research services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. We will also offer a full-time job opportunity at our firm upon successful completion of the internship and performance review.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate quality leads for our equity research services.
  • Convert leads provided by the office and onboard clients in our platform.
  • Qualify potential clients and explain our services effectively.
  • Support sales meetings, presentations, and client interactions.
  • Maintain CRM records and track progress on lead conversions.
  • Provide feedback on client queries and help improve sales strategy.
  • Nurture relationships with prospects and convert them into long-term clients.
  • Communicate the value of our research-driven investment philosophy in a professional and persuasive manner.
  • Work closely with the founder and team to develop sales strategies and achieve measurable growth.

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualification: BBA or MBA (Finance or Marketing)
  • Strong interest in finance, stock market, and investments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Prior sales/marketing experience (internship or freelance) is a plus.
