Role Overview

We are looking for Business Development Interns who can represent Nerida Group's Placement & Partnership Services to corporate organizations and SMEs.

Your goal will be to connect with companies, understand their hiring needs, and introduce them to our placement solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential organizations for partnership and placements.
  • Reach out to HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Heads, and Founders via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Pitch Nerida Group's placement services confidently and ethically.
  • Maintain detailed outreach logs and client databases.
  • Follow up with warm leads and assist in closing initial partnerships.
  • Contribute ideas to improve outreach strategy and engagement.
