Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and driven Business Development Intern to assist in identifying new business opportunities, expanding our client base, and supporting various initiatives to drive company growth. This internship will provide you with valuable hands-on experience in the business development process, including lead generation, market research, and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting market research to identify potential leads and business opportunities.
- Support the development of outreach strategies for client acquisition across the USA, Canada, and the UK.
- Help create presentations, proposals, and sales collateral for potential clients.
- Work closely with the business development and sales teams to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
- Engage with prospective clients via email, phone, and social media to generate interest in Pentoz's services.
- Assist in maintaining and updating the CRM with lead statuses, progress, and key insights.
- Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to provide valuable market insights.
- Attend internal meetings to discuss strategies and client opportunities.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including preparing sales reports and follow-up communications.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- A strong interest in business development, sales, and technology services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
