What You'll Do

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with influencers, content creators, and talent agencies across categories.
  • Identify the right influencers for brand campaigns based on target audience, brand positioning, and campaign goals.
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution — from negotiation, onboarding, briefing, and content approval to performance tracking.
  • Maintain a structured influencer database and continuously scout emerging talent.
  • Collaborate with creative, strategy, and performance teams to integrate influencer marketing into larger brand ecosystems.
  • Negotiate contracts, ensure deliverable timelines, and manage influencer budgets efficiently.
  • Analyze campaign data, report insights, and optimize strategies to enhance ROI.
  • Support brand partnerships and events through artist/influencer integrations and collaborations.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, artist management, or talent partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of digital ecosystems across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social platforms.
  • Proven success in managing influencer campaigns and building creator communities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical ability to measure campaign performance and optimize impact.
  • Network of influencers and content creators across niches is a big plus.
  • Passion for storytelling, culture, and digital trends.
