Role & responsibilities

  • Handle client inquiries and provide property details through calls, meetings, and site visits.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, and clients.
  • Conduct property presentations, negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to generate qualified leads.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, competitors, and new project launches.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and maintain client databases.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Proven experience in real estate sales (residential or commercial preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a positive attitude.
  • Good knowledge of local property markets and trends.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication.
  • Own vehicle and valid driving license preferred.
